Balfor

A musical group that plays in the style of metal. The official formation of the group falls on the 1998th year. Initially, the guys demonstrated their creative activity in the black metal genre. Initially, the composition of the project was as follows: Petrov Andrey - vocalist and bass-guitarist and Konygin Kostya - guitarist.
Historical data
2000-2007
The year 2000 was remembered by the group for the fact that another talented musician was added to the performers - Zhenya Moskalenko. At that time, he left the Bloodrain team, also formed in Tver. This composition of participants could be seen at 3 performances. At the end of these concerts, Andrey Petrov left the group, and decided to continue his occupation as the drummer of the Snickers killer band. By that time, Konygin Kostya was on vocals, and Andrey Stolts acted as a temporary bassist.
In 2001, the group was supplemented by Dima Kiselev, who at the same hour became the second guitarist. A year later, in the spring, Grishin Lesha was already selected as bass player. At the same time, the band changed the musical genre to progressive death metal, and to black metal, to some extent.
After another 4 years, at the onset of 2005, the band presented their first music collection called "The Sign" on the Mystery of Sound label. In addition, the fans of the group at the same time got a great opportunity to hear the composition "Sign", which was a part of the new album "Legacy Of Metal vol.1".
After a short period of time, in 2007, the musical project decided to take part in the TV show "Take it Live" on the O2TV television channel.
2011-2016
When 2011 came, each of the band members strained themselves, thanks to which the guys worked together to create their own project with Kupriyanov, in which the guitarist Konygin Kostya and Moskalenko Zhenya, who played the drum kit, participated. Nevertheless, by the end of 2014, Vanya Nechaev, the bassist, decided to leave the group.
In 2014, the members of the Balfor group were invited by the musical community called "MetalRas" to record together a cover of the composition of the "Maste" collective, which was called "Only you". The song promised to be extremely successful and in demand, which was to be expected.
Two long years later, by 2016, Konygin Kostya was the lucky one who was invited to a project called "MARGENTA-Dynasty of Initiates", the creator of which was Margarita Pushkina. He was supposed to be in charge of vocals and guitar playing a couple of tracks in the rock-style opera “Occitania”.
At the end of 2015, the audience had a chance to listen to the second musical collection of the band, called Grani, on the Irond Records / Molot Records label. A year later, a review was already released on the collection, which became known from the Dark City magazine No. 90.
Today we can safely say that Balfor's participants are: Konygin Kostya, as before, in vocals and guitar, Vanya Nechaev and Zhenya Moskalenko.
